Knowledge leads to Compassion

Navigate participate in training provided by larger groups, such as LGBT Consortium and Community Works, to make sure our facilitators are able to support our community and meeting attendees in the best way possible.
We have also helped create Trans Awareness training in the past and were heavily involved in the Brighton & Hove City Council's Trans Provision Scrutiny in 2012.
Navigate intends to continue working with these organisations to improve training, understanding and procedures so Trans folk are safe, supported and recognised as integral members of our city!
